Industrial Chrome
Hard chrome plating increases wear and corrosion resistance whilst creating a low co-efficient of friction and can be applied in thick layers for heavy industrial applications and refurbishment of worn component
Micro crack Chrome increases hardness, brightness and results In a denser chrome deposit with improved rust resistance.

Medium Phosphate Nickel
Excellent hardness properties and wear resistance with an even deposit

- 6-9% phosphate
- Hardness 500-575 Vickers (Heat treated 830-950 Vickers)
- Add size to intricate parts from 3µm -80µm
- Mask off areas not to be coated
High Phosphate Nickel
Excellent hardness properties and wear resistance with an even deposit and suitable for catering and medical applications

- 10-12% phosphate content
- hardness of 450-520 Vickers (Heat treated 775-960 Vickers)
- Add size to intricate parts from 3µm -80µm
- Mask off areas not to be coated
Nikel PTFE
Extremely good friction coefficient with an even deposit for ultimate release properties. Ideal for mould tools
Details
- 7-10% phosphate with 1.5-10% Teflon content
- Hardness of 300-345 Vickers (heat treated to 360-415 Vickers)
- Add size to intricate parts from 3µm -15µm
- Mask off areas not to be coated
NiSil
Extremely hard wearing, even deposit and low friction coefficient
Details
- Nickel and Silicon Carbide
- Lower temperature process at 70ºc
- hardness of 675- 720 Vickers rising to plus 1000 after heat treatment.
- Add size to intricate parts from 20µm -50µm

Excellent conductivity and non-porous coating
